First, choose a charity to help: there are literally thousands to choose from. It can be any charity from the drop-down list on our ‘online redeeming’ page, or any other charity registered with the Charity Commission of England & Wales: an international aid charity, a national charity that means something special to you, or even a local church, school or scout group! We can also make donations to most charities in Scotland and Northern Ireland but, as with charities in England and Wales, we advise donors to give contact details in case of any queries.
Ways to redeem Charity Vouchers:
There are a variety of very easy ways to redeem vouchers.
Online: The quickest way to redeem vouchers is online.
If you have been given a voucher please click here to redeem it.
(If you work for a charity which has been given a voucher please click here to redeem it).
Phone: Vouchers can also be redeemed by calling us on Freephone 0800 652 3185 or 01328 730530, during normal office hours. From outside the UK please call 0044 1328 730530.
Post: Vouchers can also be redeemed by simply writing the name of the charity chosen onto the front of the voucher and posting it back to us using the pre-addressed Freepost envelope which we post out with each voucher. For printable vouchers, the Freepost address is printed on the back of the voucher. The address is Freepost RTKS-EECH-ZUEU, Charity Vouchers, 6 The Pightle, Burnham Thorpe, KING’S LYNN, PE31 8HT.
Send/Give Direct to a Charity: Last but not least, vouchers can be passed directly to the charity itself and the charity then contacts us themselves to redeem the voucher. We then make payment to the Charity for the full face-value of the voucher.
Confirmation: When vouchers are redeemed directly with us, if donors provide their email contact details we will send a confirmation email as soon as the donation has been sent. This will include the donation reference number we receive when making the payment, and any message of thanks that has been given. Providing contact details is also helpful because it enables us to make contact in case of any query about a particular voucher redemption. Please note: We do not pass on the donor’s details to the charities.
